Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Whataripoff (whataripoff.apx-digital.co.uk), a marketing reporting and social media management platform operated by APX Digital Ltd ("APX", "we", "us"), a company registered in the United Kingdom. By logging in to or using Whataripoff, you agree to these terms.

If your organisation has a written agreement with APX, that agreement takes priority over these terms where the two differ.

The service

Whataripoff connects to advertising, analytics and social media platforms (such as Meta, Google and TikTok) through their official APIs. It shows performance reports and dashboards, sends scheduled email reports, and, where you allow it, publishes approved posts to connected Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts and TikTok accounts.

Accounts

• Whataripoff logins are provided by APX to its staff and clients. There is no public sign-up.
• Keep your login details secure and do not share them. Tell us straight away at privacy@apx-digital.co.uk if you think someone else has used your account.
• You are responsible for what happens under your login, including content you approve for publishing.

Connecting your accounts

• Only connect platform accounts that you own or are authorised to manage.
• When you connect an account, you allow Whataripoff to access its data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Your use of each connected platform is also covered by that platform's own terms and policies, such as Meta's, Google's and TikTok's.
• You can disconnect an account at any time from Data sources in Whataripoff.

Publishing content

Whataripoff publishes posts only to accounts whose owner has given permission, and only content that has been approved. You are responsible for making sure content you approve is lawful, that you have the rights to any images, video or text in it, and that it follows the rules of the platform it is posted to.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• try to access data or accounts that you are not authorised to see;
• interfere with, overload, or try to break the security of the service;
• use Whataripoff to publish anything unlawful, misleading, harmful or infringing;
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service.

Reports and AI summaries

Reports use data supplied by third-party platforms, and are only as accurate as that data. Platforms sometimes revise figures after the event. Optional AI-written summaries are generated automatically and may contain mistakes, so check important figures against the underlying reports before relying on them.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Whataripoff available and working well. However, we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features that depend on third-party platforms may change or stop working if those platforms change their APIs or policies. We may update, add or remove features over time.

Intellectual property

Whataripoff's software and design belong to APX Digital Ltd. You keep ownership of your data and of the content you upload or publish. You give us permission to use it only as needed to provide the service to you.

Suspension and ending access

We may suspend or end access to Whataripoff if these terms are broken, if needed to protect the service or other users, or when a client relationship ends. After an account closes, data is deleted as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by third-party platforms or by decisions made on the basis of reports. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
